A new chart update places Ariana Grande back at No. 1 with hate that i made you love me, giving the pop singer another major milestone in a career already filled with them.
The single debuts at the top of the Hot 100, becoming Grande’s 10th No. 1 hit overall. It also marks her eighth song to enter the chart at No. 1, tying her with Taylor Swift for the most No. 1 debuts among female artists.
The achievement adds to a long run of strong first-week performances for Grande. She is now the only artist whose first single from every album has debuted in the top 10, a streak that includes songs such as The Way, Problem, Dangerous Woman, No Tears Left to Cry, Thank U, Next, Positions, and Yes, And?
Grande also recently launched her Eternal Sunshine tour in Oakland, California. The tour marks her first since 2019, and she thanked fans after the opening night.
